Beyond Blessed CareColumbus, Georgia

Coverage & qualification

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and SOURCE clients.

Paying for care is the question that stops most families from calling. It is worth asking early, because there is often more help available than people expect. Call us and we will go through it with you — no pressure, and no obligation to use our service.

Medicare

For families whose loved one is on Medicare, including home health benefits through Medicare. Bring their card and we will walk through it with you.

Medicaid

We accept Medicaid clients, including those receiving care through Georgia Medicaid programs. If coverage is unclear, we will help you find the right office to ask.

VA

For veterans and their families. If your loved one served, there may be benefits available for care at home — we work with VA clients and can help you start the conversation.

SOURCE

We accept SOURCE clients. SOURCE is a Georgia program that coordinates care for people who need substantial help — we are glad to work alongside your case manager.

A plain answer on eligibility

We cannot tell you over a website whether your family member qualifies — that depends on their coverage, their health, and the program. What we can do is talk through what they have, tell you what we accept, and help you find the right people to ask. We will not promise approval we cannot deliver.

What to have ready

The first call takes about fifteen minutes.

Have as much of this as you can. If you do not have it yet, call anyway — the conversation is still worth having.

  • Which coverage your loved one has now, and roughly what it covers
  • Whether a doctor has ordered home care, or whether you are only starting to think about it
  • What a typical day looks like, and where help would make the most difference
  • What your family can manage on its own, and what you would like taken off your plate

Still deciding? Call and ask.

You do not have to be ready to start care to call us. Families call just to understand their options all the time.
